Zirakpur 28 Jun: On Friday, the Municipal Council team sealed the work of 36 flats in a society named Pink City located in the PRMSU area and blocked its way by digging up the road. Last month, on May 21, based on a complaint by the Municipal Council, 36 flats were sealed here. However, work on building the flats by breaking the seals had started there.
